Looking for a completely different, memorable and exciting experience for your next corporate event? Piloting a light aircraft is an experience above all else and is guaranteed to leave everyone smiling and wanting more!

Our corporate flight experiences provide you with the exciting opportunity to pilot a light aircraft under the expert guidance of our flight instructors. You will fly high in the skies over Surrey, viewing some of England's most beautiful countryside and even the skyline of London on clear days.

On arrival at Fairoaks Airport, you will be greeted by your instructor who will be your host for the afternoon. Lunchtime drinks and refreshments will be provided, giving you the opportunity to talk amongst the team and prepare for flight.

After lunch, your instructor will provide a pre-flight briefing outlining the basics of the aircrafts controls and principles of flight. There will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have before your flight.

Briefing complete, you will be taken over to the aircraft and once seated comfortably your flight begins! The instructor will talk you through the start-up checks and before you know it you will be at the runway and ready for take-off. Taking control of the aircraft under the instructors guidance, you will have the opportunity to climb, descend, turn and navigate the aircraft in three dimensions. Each flight will last approximately 20 minutes per person and those not flying will be able to backseat the flights, thus still enjoying the experience and great views from above.

After landing, you will be welcomed back with tea and coffee, providing the perfect opportunity to discuss your flying adventures between the team! A presentation of certificates will be made, with each participant receiving a photo of their experience.

The Fairoaks Airport Bar will be open throughout the evening for those who wish to remain at the airfield and relax in a unique environment.

The cost per person for our corporate experience package is £90 + VAT. This is fully inclusive of:

• Group introductory briefing
• Flight Experience (approximately 20 minutes)
• Tea and coffee
• Certificates
• Use of the Fairoaks Airport Bar

For the perfect finish, a champagne reception after landing is available for an additional cost. Further information available on request as the price will vary depending on group size and champagne preference.

We are able to accommodate a wide variety of group sizes although a minimum number of 2 people is required. Our corporate events take place every Friday afternoon and availability for the upcoming months is shown below.
